Strawberry Spinach Salad
1/2 package fresh spinach
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup bacon bits
1/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette
 
 

In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, mushrooms, and bacon bits. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat.

Tasty Sloppy Joes for Two
1/2 lb. (225 gr.) extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup Kraft BarBQ sauce
2 hamburger buns
2 single processed cheese slices
 

BROWN meat in skillet; drain. ADD barbecue sauce. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. SPOON meat mixture onto bottom halves of buns; cover with cheese slices and tops of buns.

Boston Cream Cake
1½ cups of cold half-and-half cream
1 small package vanilla pudding mix
1 frozen pound cake, thawed
3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
2 tablespoons plain cocoa
4 to 5 tablespoons hot water
 

In a bowl, whisk together cream & pudding mix, let stand for 5 mins. Split the cake into 3 horizontal layers. Place bottom layer on serving plate, top with half the pudding. Repeat with 2nd layer, and top with the 3rd layer. In a small bowl combine the sugar, cocoa, and enough water to reach a spreading consistency. Spread over the top of cake, letting glaze dribble down the sides.
