An easy recipe to use up those leftovers, and some goodies to go with it!

Turkey Chips Casserole  (yield 4 servings)

2 tbsp oil (fat)
2 tsp chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup drained green peas
11/2 cups cooked turkey bits
1 1/2 cups potato chips

Saute onions until transparent, add  mushroom soup and a little milk, then
stir in peas and turkey.

Sprinkle half of the chips in bottom of 1 qrt casserole.

Pour in mushroom turkey mixture, top with remaining chips and bake in 350°oven for about 25 mins.

Also in the oven put :

Scalloped Beans (6 servings)

1 can green beans, reserve 1/2 bean liquid
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk

Melt butter, add flour and salt. Gradually add milk and bean liquid.
Cook until mixture bubbles. add cheese and beans. 

Pour into greased casserole, cover with breadcrumbs and bake at 350° 25 mins or until brown on top.

and for dessert have some:

Corn-flake Macaroons (makes about 40)... wrap some up for guests to take away?

2-3 egg whites
1/2 to 2/3 cup sugar
2 cups cornflakes
1 cup shredded coconut

Beat egg whites until stiff, add the sugar gradually and fold in the cornflakes
and coconut. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. 

Bake in 300° oven for 20 minutes
