We are Wooly Mamoths

            not hovering on the brink

or classified endangered

            we’re bloomin’ well EXTINCT.

It seems like only yesterday

            we was roamin’ rumblin’ round

now all we are is wool and tusks

            deep frozen underground.

We wasn’t killed by climate change

            or by a falling star

NO! we was killed by HUNTERS

            AND WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
