As Beacon on the Street, my question to James Bay residents was: “What do you do for fun in James Bay?”

The following is my interpretation of their answers. Enjoy

Bob

Bob and his bride of many happy years enjoy the entertainment and relish the cuisine at The O’ Bistro in The Oswego Hotel. In my opinion, their positive approach to life would afford them fun wherever they went.

Bob is also an artist. He works in acrylics adding another aspect of fun to his life.

Susanna

Susanna, is new in Victoria and James Bay. For the past year, she has been writing her PhD in Art Therapy. She just completed it and is feeling totally liberated.

For fun, Susanna walks her dog to explore and hopefully get to know the maze of walks and trails to be found in the James Bay area.

Susanna’s enthusiasm for her business as an Art Therapist and her desire to become involved in our community brings James Bay interesting new dimensions.

Shannon

Shannon, a delightful young woman was born in Victoria and chooses to remain here. Why would anyone leave?

The beach is her fun. Anytime of the year, it provides her with an endless source of wonder and joy.

Elliot

Elliot’s instant response to my question, “What do you do for fun in James Bay?” was “Live here.” I had to quote this one.

He and his wife find James Bay the perfect place to bring up their young son. Elliot also welcomes the business opportunities afforded in the area.
