Letter - Seize the day

I very much enjoyed and agree with Doreen Marion Gee's article "Seize the Day".

My life was greatly enhanced some years ago during a group meeting of the Restorative Justice Coalition at William Head Institution. One of the inmates looked deeply into my eyes and said "well, there is only the WOW of NOW you know." I am grateful for his wisdom and remind myself often to "smell the roses" when I realize I am allowing myself to miss the moment as my thoughts run away with useless wanderings.
