Readers may remember a series of letters spanning the months of July – November 2014, concerning washroom availability in “James Bay Square” Mall. Sadly, one critic who publicly castigated me roundly has (to-date) remained unseen, despite friendly telephone invitation to meet for constructive discussion in the very real matter of safety and comfort risk. For general interest I wrote “James Bay Square’ mall management in November 2014, sadly again there has been no reply. I wonder the importance of “customer-relations?”
