I acquired a life-threatening disease in June 2014 and word has a way of getting around. Also arrived are our wonderful Angels. From our community garden came people I’d gardened with for near to 14 years, the ones still cooking and keeping me supplied with great food and great baking. Maureen, Dawn, Cindy, Barb are some of whom I speak.

My best bud “Nancy” has been my loyal driver to all the Doctors and appointments. She has been my solid rock. I couldn’t name all the wonderful gals at the community closet. So I‘ll thank wonderful Susan and she’ll thank everyone on her team there. And how do I thank Art, who came through with a scooter for me to use as long as I need it? How great is that. What a thing to have surrounding me, out of everything I need to get through this. Thank you isn’t enough but you all know what I mean. I didn’t forget you Myra, Ev, Norma, Elaine. I’m not as quick as I used to be, that’s all. I think of you Angels every day. Without you things would be different.

Love you all,

Jaye Armitage
