As many of you know, recently our staff at the BMO James Bay branch was robbed. It was, as you can imagine, a terrible event for our team. Although these events are very rare, and our employees prepare for them, they are very distressing events.
It was heart-warming to see the other side of human nature, hours after the robbery, when the community rallied around our team at James Bay. We had neighbours stop by to make sure we were all okay, giving hugs, flowers and even BMO cupcakes!
Your thoughtfulness and compassion made such a difference to our staff and illustrates what a great community we have, and how incredible and healing thoughtfulness can be
